On May 29, 2020, a protest called “Justice for Us” occurred in downtown Atlanta. The protest was in response to the murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery. Protesters marched from Centennial Olympic Park to the Georgia State Capitol and back, chanting “No justice, no peace” and “I can’t breathe.”
